It's December. This means that those people who love Christmas can
finally unleash that beast within them that compels them to not only
deck the halls with boughs of holly, but also the entire frontage of
their house, every room within the house, and not stop at the boughs of
holly either, but also include lit up snowmen, waving santas, prancing
reindeer, flashing stars and anything else B&Q or Homebase are
selling that has lightbulbs attached.
Apart from being bloody awful in terms of energy usage, it looks tacky.
Really really tacky. Bah humbug, I say, It's spilled over from the US,
but at least over there they know they are being wasteful and tacky.
They accept
it and run with it.
When it comes to light displays though,
this case (you'll need the sound turned up) has to be hard to
beat. Something tells me he (I am sure it is a he) has far too much time on his hands, but I
confess I am nevertheless impressed.
