I wore my pedometer for the first time in ages, just to see how far I walk to work.
Turns out I walked a whopping 15,000 steps yesterday!!! that was about 12km. And I wasn't even trying! Turns out I walk about 9000 just to get to work and back. So now the question remains: why don't I have the body of an athlete? where are my perfect, shapely legs? where is my butt of steel? I should be solid and toned, instead, below the waist I look like bread dough in clingfilm.
On a better note, it's most definitely good hair day today. Shiny, silky, straight with slight waves in all the right places. The kind of soft waves that show off my already fabulous cheekbones.
